What is included with Longshot Coffee’s mobile espresso bar service?
Our mobile espresso bar service includes the bar, professional espresso equipment, experienced baristas, cups, lids, napkins, sweeteners, dairy and nondairy milk, and everything needed to prepare drinks at your event. We also handle setup and breakdown.
What drinks do you serve?
We prepare espresso-based drinks including lattes, cappuccinos, americanos and espresso. We also offer matcha, chai and hot chocolate. Drinks can be served hot or iced, depending on the event and selected menu.
How much does mobile coffee catering cost?
Every event is different. Pricing depends on factors such as the number of guests, service time, location, menu selections and customization. Contact Longshot Coffee for a personalized quote.
How many guests can you serve?
We can provide coffee service for events of many sizes, from private gatherings to large corporate events and productions. The number of baristas and the service setup are customized based on the guest count, event schedule and expected drink volume. We can provide multiple set ups for larger groups.
Do you provide nondairy milk?
Yes. We offer nondairy milk options, including oat and almond milk, along with dairy milk.
Do you need electricity and water at the venue?
We bring our own water, but we do require access to electricity. Our standard setup requires two dedicated 110-volt, 20-amp circuits.
How much space is needed for the mobile espresso bar?
The amount of space needed depends on the type of setup and the size of the event. We will confirm the required setup area, access and placement details with you before the event.
How early do you arrive for setup?
We arrive approximately one hour before every event to unload, set up and prepare the espresso bar before service begins.
Can drinks be customized for our event?
Yes. We offer a complimentary custom stencil to personalize drinks with a logo, initials or event design. We also offer a specialty drink printer that can print detailed images, logos and designs directly onto the foam for an additional cost.
What branding options are available?
We offer several ways to customize the coffee experience for your event. The espresso bar can be branded with your company logo, event design or campaign artwork. Drinks can also be personalized with a complimentary custom stencil, or with our specialty drink printer, which can print detailed logos, images and designs directly onto the foam for an additional cost.
Can you provide service for large events?
Yes. We can provide mobile coffee catering for events of many sizes, including large corporate gatherings, brand activations, and film or television productions. Staffing and equipment are adjusted based on the guest count, service time and expected drink volume.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays and large events. However, last-minute bookings may be available depending on our schedule.
Do you provide everything needed for service?
Yes. We provide the espresso bar, equipment, baristas, drink ingredients, cups, lids, napkins, sweeteners and milk options. We also bring our own water. The venue only needs to provide the required electrical access and a suitable setup area.
